5 Questions (more fun than reading boring bios, no?)

1.  Who would you love to work with – alive or dead?

  • I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to work with Kim Ki-Duk. He is a Korean filmmaker that has completely changed my perception of the medium. I am always in awe of his work.

2.  What recent film did you last enjoy?

  • I haven’t had a chance to watch a lot of recent films, but one filmed that I loved watching was “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.” I remember it was executed so well. The characters and scenes were so incredibly funny and original. I completely enjoyed myself from start to finish. Lots of fun.

3.  What recent film did you not enjoy?

  • A recent film that I disliked was “The Romantics.” I felt that the writing was painfully awkward and the acting was forced.  Katie Holmes… yikes.  However, the wardrobe and costume department did an excellent job.

4.  What’s the best advice you’ve gotten?

  • My parents always reiterate this pearl of wisdom: “Eat well, exercise well.”

5.  If you could make any film, what would it be?

  • HEW!  I was inspired to write this while I was lonesome and living in China.  I came across wondrous images by C. Goia and decided to use her imagery as a backdrop for a story based on Camille’s ill-fated life.
